moving to the Czech Republic
Entrepreneurs, heads of Czech companies, are granted the right to move to the Czech Republic, on the basis of doing business. After the latest amendments to the law on the stay of foreigners in the Czech Republic, persons who have invested financial shares in companies (ie founders of companies) no longer have the right to move to the country. This law approved only 2 grounds for moving – entrepreneurship or work. In this case, the entrepreneur can either run the business or obtain a work permit from the employment office.
