In Prague, apartment prices are now kept at a fairly low level, except for seasonal fluctuations. More and more of our compatriots can afford an apartment in the capital. Some of them have already made their choice in favor of investing in Prague real estate. Now, when equity funds are unstable, interest on deposits no longer brings good returns without risk, it makes sense to invest in stable real estate, especially in apartments. Firstly, because the apartments are always the safety of funds, and secondly, everything is in order with the rent in Prague and the apartment will not stand idle, bringing a stable 6-10% per annum. All of the above is true even for apartments priced at 1.2 million kroons. And in fact, a small studio apartment can be rented out, paying off the mortgage, overhead and making a profit.
